We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager for a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Tokyo. This is a key role where you will align compensation and benefits strategies with global goals. You'll work in a collaborative environment and have a strong regional impact, all with the flexibility of working mostly remotely.
主な業務内容：
- 報酬データを分析し、ビジネス目標を達成するためにチームと連携
- 報酬および福利厚生に関するプロジェクトをリードし、期限内かつコンプライアンスを遵守
- 報酬および福利厚生ポリシーの作成と更新
- 最新の国内法規制の把握と遵守の確保
- 年次報酬レビューの実施（給与およびボーナスを含む）
- ベンダーと協力し、ベストプラクティスとコンプライアンスを遵守
- シニアマネジメント向けのレポートとプレゼンテーションの準備
求める人物像：
- 報酬、福利厚生、または給与管理における7年以上の経験
- プロジェクト管理及び組織力に優れた方
- 複雑なデータを解釈する優れた分析力
- 日本語に流暢で、ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 人事関連の学士号または同等の経験
