We are looking for a Commis Chef to join a luxury hotel in the center of Kyoto. This is a great chance to build your cooking skills in a top-tier environment. 仕事内容:

- 食材の洗浄、皮むき、刻みを行い、正確に計量します。

- シェフ・ド・パルティエやシニアシェフと協力して、料理の構成要素を準備します。

- 食材の受け取りと整理を支援し、新鮮な在庫の確保と廃棄物の削減を行います。

- シフト中およびシフト後に調理ステーションを清潔かつ整理整頓します。

- 各キッチンエリアでの経験を積み、スキルを向上させ、興味を見つけます。

- サラダ、ソース、マリネなどのシンプルな料理を監督下で準備します。

- ホテルの基準に合わせて料理を盛り付け、プレゼンテーションを支援します。
