Our client are a top firm in the biotechnology field, recruiting a Commercial Training Manager.

The ideal candidate will have several years of biotech sales experience, preferably in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD).

Responsibilities:

• - トレーニングプログラムの開発
• - トレーニング資料の作成およびプレゼンテーション
• - 営業チームへの営業および製品トレーニングの提供
• - グローバル営業トレーニングチームとの協力
• - 製品トレーニング、年間認定、および評価の監督
• - トレーニングニーズ分析を含むトレーニングプロジェクトのリード
• - 外部ベンダーやビジネスパートナーとの協力
• - リーダーシップ、プレゼンテーション、コミュニケーション、および営業スキルに関するトレーニングの実施

Qualifications:

• - 3〜5年の営業経験
• - バイオテクノロジー分野の経験（優遇）
• - インビトロ診断（IVD）分野の経験（強く優遇）
