主な業務内容：
- 上級リーダーと協力し、タレントアクイジション戦略を策定・実行する。
- ホテルのグランドオープニングに向けた採用活動をリードし、最適な人材を選定する。
- 幅広い候補者やステークホルダーと効果的にコミュニケーションをとるための語学力を活用する。
- ホテルのラグジュアリースタンダードに合致する強力で高パフォーマンスなチームを構築する。
- クラスター単位でのタレントアクイジション活動をサポートし、ホスピタリティ業界でのブランド力を向上させる。
応募資格：
- ホスピタリティ業界におけるタレントアクイジション経験5年以上。
- チームの直接的な監督なしで独立して管理職として活動できる能力。
- 優れた対人スキルとコミュニケーション能力、多言語での対応力。
- 上級リーダーとの協業や大規模プロジェクトの管理経験。
- ホスピタリティへの情熱と卓越した成果を追求する意欲。
