We are looking for an experienced Cluster Revenue Director to lead revenue strategies for several luxury hotels in Japan. Based in Tokyo, you will focus on pricing and revenue tactics to boost competitiveness and profits. This role allows you to make a significant impact on revenue strategies within the luxury hospitality market. You will use data analysis and work closely with other teams to improve profitability and market standing.
主な業務内容：
- 収益の最大化を目指し、複数ホテルの料金設定と在庫管理を最適化
- 市場予測に基づく価格戦略と制約を策定し、収益テストを実施
- OTAやGDSを活用し、競合他社の価格や市場動向を監視し、強力な市場ポジションを確保
- 収益レポートを分析し、収益機会を見つけ、正確なデータ管理を行い、経営陣に洞察を共有
- 収益向上を目的としたプロジェクトをリードし、新しいシステムやツールを導入
- ジェネラルマネージャー、営業、予約、コーポレートチームとの連携を図り、収益戦略を統一
- プロパティやパートナーに収益戦略の変更を通知
応募資格：
- ホテル収益管理における5年以上の経験、特にマルチプロパティまたはクラスターの経験が望ましい
- 優れたリーダーシップスキルと異なる部門との協力能力
- 強力な分析力と問題解決能力、データ洞察を効果的にプレゼンテーションできる能力
- 日本語と英語に堪能
- PMS、チャネルマネージャー、GDS、OTAシステム、およびExcelやPower BIなどの収益ツールに精通
