Key Responsibilities / 業務内容:

- Serve as multilingual liaison for South Korea and Japan-based clients

- Lead client implementations and onboarding across operations

- Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as primary contact

- Translate technical and contractual information between clients and teams

- Monitor service delivery metrics and prepare client satisfaction reports

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues

- Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiency gains

クライアントへの多言語対応の窓口としての役割を果たす

オペレーション全般におけるクライアントの導入とオンボーディングをリード

日々のクライアント関係を管理し、主要な連絡担当者として活動

技術的および契約上の情報をクライアントとチームの間で翻訳

サービス提供の指標を監視し、クライアント満足度レポートを作成

内部チームと連携し、クライアントの問題を解決

プロセス改善や効率向上の提案

Qualifications / 応募資格:

- Native or near native fluency in Korean and Japanese (mandatory)

- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)

- 3+ years’ experience in client service or account management

- Experience in financial services or related technology service environment

- Proven negotiation skills across languages and cultures

- Strong understanding of operational delivery (data processing, programming)

- Must be able to work on site in our Tokyo office

- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing/issue tracking tools

3年以上のクライアントサービスまたはアカウントマネジメントの経験

金融サービスまたは関連する技術サービス環境での経験

オペレーショナルデリバリー（データ処理、プログラミング）の強い理解

東京オフィスでの勤務が可能な方

CRMシステムとチケット発行／問題追跡ツールの経験
