Our client, a renowned hotel in Sapporo, Japan, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their esteemed culinary team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a designated kitchen station, ensuring high-quality food preparation and supporting overall kitchen operations.

仕事内容:

- 指定されたキッチンセクションを管理し、効率的に運営する
- レシピと基準に従って料理を準備・調理する
- 高い衛生基準と食品安全を維持し、運営全体をサポートする
- コミシェフやデミシェフを指導し、育成する
- ポーションコントロールを監視し、食品ロスを削減する

応募資格:

- シェフ・ド・パルティまたはデミシェフ・ド・パルティとしての実務経験
- 優れた調理技術とセクション管理の経験
- 食品衛生、HACCP、および安全基準に関する知識
- シフト勤務、週末勤務、祝日勤務が可能であること
- 調理師学校の修了証または同等の訓練があれば尚良し
- 日本語での流暢な会話および文章作成能力
- ホテルのキッチン、ファインダイニング、またはハイボリュームな環境での経験があれば尚良し
- 日本料理の知識があれば尚良し
