A leading company in the semiconductor and medical equipment manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee its back-office operations in Okinawa. This critical position involves managing accounting, finance, human resources, IT, and compliance, while working closely with the global headquarters. As a strategic leader, you will help the company reach its financial goals and ensure compliance and good governance.

業務内容

会計、税務、IT、人事、法務およびコンプライアンス機能の管理。
財務計画および分析戦略の策定と実行。
社長および製造チームと共に財務目標を達成。
正確な財務報告と効果的なリスク管理を保証。
企業価値に沿った強力な財務チームの構築とリード。
外部監査の監督とビジネス透明性の向上。
生産能力とリソース配分の改善をサポート。

応募資格

会計および財務報告で10年以上の経験。
チームリーダーシップと人材管理で少なくとも3年の経験。
意思決定支援のための強力な分析能力とビジネスセンス。
国内外のステークホルダーと効果的にコミュニケーションできる優れたコミュニケーションスキル。
自主的かつ積極的な文化を醸成するための実績のあるリーダーシップ。
日本語と英語に堪能。
