Our client, a hotel in central Tokyo, is seeking a Conference & Events Manager to ensure seamless execution of meetings and events. This role offers the opportunity to act as a brand ambassador and trusted partner, connecting internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
仕事内容:
- 会議・イベントの企画・調整
- 顧客とのイベント計画の一次窓口
- 週次のバンケット・会議の打ち合わせを主催
- AV機器サプライヤーとの調整
- イベント後の正確な請求書発行と顧客確認
- 顧客と相談し、イベント要素の最適化
- 顧客へのフィードバック収集と次回機会のフォローアップ
応募資格:
- 日本語での読み書き・会話ができる方
- イベント企画・管理の経験
- 社内外のチームとの強力な調整スキル
- AV機器の調整経験
- ホスピタリティ業界の基準に関する知識
