The C&B Operation Manager is responsible for strategic C&B programs & processes and HR systems relating to payroll, social insurances, financial reporting and office regulations (policies). This role is required to work on various tasks/projects in HR team liaising with local HR members and with other departments in order to achieve higher productivity and added value service towards the stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
・ Supervise and optimize payroll operations with team staff and payroll vendor.
・ Coordinate bonus payment and salary review (all the process from budgeting to payment).
・ Supervise workforce administration (hiring, transfer, exit, employment after 60, etc) with team staff.
・ Manage Expats benefits.
・ Headcount reporting and people cost calculation.
・ Revised and develop office regulations (policies).
・ Deal with internal and external audit.
・ Administration of company pension plan including global pension plan.
・ Enhancements and maintenance of payroll related systems.
