A top player in the specialty chemicals industry is looking for a Business Manager to lead their Automotive and Industrial operations in Japan. 主な業務内容

- 全体の損益を管理し、売上高、EBITDA、運転資本の目標を達成する。
- 売上、マーケット機会、戦略を分析し、レポートを作成し、売上目標の達成を図る。
- 50〜60名のチームをリードし、商業活動、ビジネス開発、技術サービスを担当する。
- 部門間の連携を促進し、革新的な市場ソリューションを創出する。
- 人材を育成し、会社文化を維持し、プロセスへのチームのコミットメントを確保する。
- 主要な自動車および産業関係者との強固な関係を構築・維持する。
- 市場ニーズに応じた新製品の立ち上げを指導し、新規ビジネスを確保する。
- パートナーシップや買収を通じて成長機会を特定し、市場での存在感を拡大する。
- 業界リーダー、クライアント、サプライヤーとのネットワークを構築し、ビジネスを拡大する。
- 技術や持続可能性のトレンドを把握し、環境に優しい実践を統合する。
- 規制や市場ニーズに合わせた持続可能性に焦点を当てた取り組みを主導する。

応募資格

- B2B製造業における営業または技術営業での10年以上のチーム管理経験。
- 英語が堪能で、日本語はネイティブレベル。
- 自動車または製造業におけるビジネス開発での成功実績。
- 関連分野の学士号を有し、機械工学または化学工学の修士号または博士号があれば尚可。
- 起業家的な発想を持ち、優れたリーダーシップ、コミュニケーション、および対人スキルを持つ。
