- 市場導入戦略の実行をリードし、ウェルネスカテゴリの市場拡大を図る

- 売上目標を達成し、KPIを遵守する

- 楽天やAmazonプラットフォームでのパフォーマンスを向上させる

- 流通業者との連携を図り、スムーズな運営を実現する

- 薬局などのオフライン小売チャネルを拡大する

- 市場動向や競合他社の活動をモニタリングする

- 地域マーケティングチームと協力し、キャンペーンを展開する

応募資格:

- ビジネス、マーケティング、または関連分野の学士号を取得していること

- 営業、Eコマース、または関連分野での7年以上の経験

- 楽天やAmazonなどのEコマースプラットフォームでの豊富な経験

- 日本語をネイティブレベルで使用でき、英語をビジネスレベルで使用できること

- 市場導入戦略の開発と実行の経験

- パフォーマンスマーケティングの活動経験

- オフライン小売チャネル（薬局、ドラッグストア）の管理経験

- 流通業者の管理経験があれば尚可
