Business Development and Commercial Manager (Shipping / Logistics)
We are recruiting a Business Development and Commercial Manager for a global leader in the shipping industry.
This is a strategic role with leadership resoonsibilities; you will have the opportunity to expand your skillset, develop commercial strategies, and expand business in the air cargo sector.

Responsibilities:
- Implement commercial strategies and manage relationships with key accounts.
- Analyze market trends for new business opportunities and sales strategy development.
- Oversee Global Service Agents and sales teams to meet revenue goals and maintain company standards.
- Work with internal departments like Legal and Finance to improve operations.
- Participate in the overall commercial process, including market analysis and sales channel development.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills and team motivation capabilities.
- At least 5 years of management experience in the air cargo industry.
- Strong commercial awareness, communication skills, and analytical ability.
- Knowledge of air freight operations, including customs and security regulations.
- Japanese language ability is mandatory.
