Budget Project Manager

Main responsibilities:

- Prepare, submit and update flash report

- Create CER and input data

- Cost report updates, analysis

- Create budget forecast and financial statements

- Support purchasing bidding process

- Examine quotations

- People management

Skills required:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, or finance

- Able to prepare and give presentations

- Able to monitor a financing project

Skills or experience preferred:

- Cost management experience in the real estate industry

- Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken), with a good command of English
