Responsibilities

• Mange all Front Office colleagues and operations
• Be responsible for Check In / Out operations and manage Lobby Team
• Manage night audit process
• Lead Emergency Experience
• Support Hotel Operations in terms of People, Profit, Security, Product and Service

Experience

• 2 years experience in Front Office or Duty Manager in a hotel
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Language: Japanese (business) English (intermediate)
