APAC Sourcing Manager, DCSP

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our client's team in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

This important role involves developing and managing supplier relationships for data center capital expenditure (capex) categories, including construction, energy, and water infrastructure. You will work in a dynamic environment, helping to expand operations to meet growing customer needs. 主要業務内容

- 調達戦略の策定と実行：ビジネス目標と市場条件に適した調達戦略を策定・実行。
- 新規サプライヤーの発掘と契約交渉：新しいサプライヤーを発掘し、能力評価と契約交渉を実施。
- 産業知識の活用：業界知識を活用し、調達決定を行い、社内チームをサポート。
- KPIの設定と追跡：サプライヤーの成功と持続可能な運営を保証するためのKPI設定と追跡。
- 調達プロセスの改善：効率性とステークホルダーの満足度向上を目指し、プロセス改善プロジェクトを主導。
- 社内チームとの連携：調達活動を効率化し、顧客ニーズを満たすため、社内チームと協力。

応募資格

- 経営学、サプライチェーン、エンジニアリング、関連分野の学士号。
- APAC地域での調達、ソーシング、サプライチェーン管理の経験7年以上、特にキャペックスカテゴリに精通。
- 日本語と英語が流暢で、優れたコミュニケーションスキル。プロセス改善やパフォーマンス指標の経験が重要。
- 修士号またはPMPやSix Sigmaなどの認定資格が望ましい。追加の語学スキルもプラス。
