A leading global investment manager and one of the leading real estate private equity investors in Japan. One of the largest owners and managers of hotels, residential properties in Japan and is continuing to grow its business.
Currently looking to hire an acquisition Analyst, Associate or Vice President to join our acquisition team in Tokyo. The candidate would be part of an experienced team of professionals engaged in acquiring real estate-related operating companies, assets, and debt. The platforms and assets have had a strong focus on hospitality, leisure related assets, affordable housing, logistics, nursing homes, and other asset types. The primary job functions including building financial forecasts using excel, writing investment committee memoranda, and analyzing the overall feasibility of new transactions. The candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, a bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college, and fluent in Japanese and English.
