主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

- 10名以上のチームの管理と育成

- 経理プロセスの再構築と最適化

- 新規事業やM&Aの財務面の取り扱い

- 効率的な会計システムの導入と改善

- 日本の会計基準への準拠

- Excelを使用した複雑なデータ分析

- Manage and mentor a team of 10+ members

- Reconstruct and optimize accounting processes

- Handle financial aspects of new business ventures and M&A

- Implement and improve accounting systems for efficiency

- Ensure compliance with Japanese accounting standards

- Conduct complex data analysis using Excel

応募資格 / Qualifications:

- 3年以上のビジネス環境での会計経験

- 日本の会計基準に関する知識（必須）

- Excelを用いた複雑なデータ分析のスキル

- 財務管理および意思決定の経験

- 日本語での強力なコミュニケーション能力

- SAPやOracleなどの会計ソフトの経験があれば尚可（必須ではありません）

- 3+ years accounting experience in a business environment

- Knowledge of Japanese accounting standards (mandatory)

- Proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis

- Experience with financial management and decision-making

- Strong communication skills in Japanese

- Experience with accounting software like SAP or Oracle is preferred but not mandatory
