主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:
- Concurシステムの問い合わせ対応および問題解決
- DAPおよびBIツールを活用したプロセス改善の推進
- 出張費データの分析および運用レポートの作成
- グローバルチームと協力したVAT還付および報告業務
- 業務マニュアルおよびFAQの作成・更新
- 年末決算のサポート（引当金および税金調整）
- - Resolve Concur system inquiries and issues
- - Promote process improvement using DAP and BI tools
- - Analyze T&E data and prepare operational reports
- - Collaborate with global teams on VAT refunds and reporting
- - Create and update operation manuals and FAQs
- - Support year-end closing with accruals and tax adjustments
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- 企業または監査法人での会計または税務経験3年以上
- 会計原則の確固たる理解（日商簿記2級以上）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可
- 日本語力があれば尚可
- Concurや類似の経費管理システムの経験があれば尚可
- - 3+ years accounting or tax experience in corporate or audit firm
- - Solid understanding of accounting principles (Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher)
- - Business-level English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
- - Japanese proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
- - Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems is preferred but not mandatory
