Accounting Manager 会計マネージャー - Finance Operations (12-13m salary, Hybrid)

• - 財務諸表の作成（IFRSおよび日本基準）
• - 月次、四半期、年次決算の管理
• - 税務コンプライアンス及び報告書の提出管理
• - 外部および内部監査の要件管理
• - 内部統制手続きの導入と維持
• - 意思決定支援のための財務データ分析
• - 財務シェアードサービスチームと協力し、統一された実務を確保

• - Maintain financial records in IFRS and local GAAP
• - Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end financial closings
• - Lead tax compliance and report submissions
• - Manage external and internal audit requirements
• - Implement and maintain internal control procedures
• - Analyze financial data for decision-making support
• - Collaborate with finance shared service team for consistent practices

• - 会計または財務の学士号
• - 7年以上の多国籍企業での会計経験
• - IFRSおよび日本基準に関する豊富な知識
• - SAP（必須）または他のERPシステムの知識
• - 日本語と英語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力
• - 公認会計士資格保有者優遇（必須ではありません）
• - 税務コンプライアンスおよび監査管理の経験

• - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• - 7+ years of accounting experience in a multinational environment
• - Strong knowledge of IFRS and J-GAAP
• - Knowledge of SAP (must) or other ERP systems
• - Effective communication in Japanese and English
• - CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience with tax compliance and audit management
