We are looking for an Accounting Assistant Manager / Manager to join a leading global luxury / retail company.

The role involves managing retail accounts receivable, overseeing retail projects, and ensuring compliance with group policies in boutique operations.

The role is flexible based on the candidate's seniority. We invite a wide variety of applicants.

職務内容：

• 売掛金管理チームをリードし、正確かつ迅速な業務遂行に注力する。
• IFRSおよび法定規制に準拠し、小売売上と売掛金に関する総勘定元帳を管理する。
• 日々のブティックの販売業務を監督し、プロセスの精度と順守を保証する。
• ブティック業務を規制およびグループポリシーの要件に合わせ、プロセスの改善を実施し、定期的な監査を行う。
• ブティック業務におけるデジタル化、プロセス改善、システムアップグレード、技術統合に関連するプロジェクトを主導する。

応募要件：

• 会計またはコントロール分野で最低5年の経験。
• 一般会計（IFRS、JGAAP、税務）、Excel、財務システムに関する知識。
• 日本の簿記2級以上の資格（望ましい）。
• チーム管理経験（望ましい）。
• 小売業界での経験（望ましい）。
• SAP/Oracleの経験（望ましい）。
