A leading luxury retail company is looking for an Accountant / Senior Accountant to join their Finance team.

主な業務内容:

- 日々の会計業務の管理（買掛金、売掛金、総勘定元帳など）
- 月次、四半期、年次の財務締め作業
- 財務諸表、仕訳帳、口座調整表の作成
- 内部統制、会計基準、国内法令の遵守
- 店舗スタッフとの連携による店舗レベルでの会計ニーズの対応
- 正確な財務報告のための本社や他チームとの調整
- 特別プロジェクトや監査、プロセス改善のサポート

応募資格:

- 店舗チームとのコミュニケーションのための流暢な日本語
- 本社や国際的なパートナーとのやり取りのためのビジネスレベルの英語
- 会計、財務、または関連分野の学位
- 強固な会計経験; リテールまたは消費財業界での経験が望ましい
- 多国籍企業での経験があると尚良い
- 細部への注意力と優れた組織力
- 本社と店舗スタッフの両方と良好に協力できる能力
- 積極的かつ実践的なアプローチ
- 管理職へのキャリアアップに興味がある方
- 迅速なペースのリテール環境での勤務に意欲的な方
- 非日本国籍の応募者は日本語が流暢で、少なくとも6ヶ月有効な就労ビザを持っていること
