Our prestigious client in the hotel industry is looking for an Accommodation Manager, fluent in Japanese, to join their team in Okinawa, Japan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest relations
- Develop and manage operational manuals and staff schedules
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline hotel operations
- Provide hands-on support and guidance in resolving guest issues and complaints
- Develop accommodation plans, analyze customer data, and drive sales promotions
- Manage revenue, expenses, and financial analysis
- Lead and develop your team to ensure continued growth and success
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent Japanese language ability is a must
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, typing)
- 5+ years of experience as a front office manager in a hotel setting
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships within the hotel
