We are looking for a Product Manager. You will need extensive knowledge in product development/management in the telecommunications industry. This role is for an American brand with global reach expanding in Japan and will be based in Tokyo.

You will be responsible for all performance aspects for a wireless service, including customer experience and brand positioning. You will be involved in developing business strategies and marketing plans, and spearhead initiatives to expand our presence in the market.

You will be working in an international environment. Strong English skills are essential, and communication with our American head office will be routine. The role involves occasional travel to participate in events each quarter.

Required Skills

• Fluent level Japanese
• Business level English
• Understanding of sales distribution channels
• Detailed understanding of the MVNO and/or wireless industry
• Must possess experience with product development in telecommunications industry
• Start-up or new product experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
