Required Skills

  • Native level Japanese.
  • Business level English.
  • 5 years’ experience in Helpdesk or information support.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Windows desktop OS, MAC OS, Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Active directory, Office 365 (Skype for business, email SharePoint).
  • Excellent desktop support service skills, including verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working in an international environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of working with internal and external customers (including overseas clients).
