Required Skills

• Fluent level Japanese.
• Business level English.
• 5 years’ experience in Information Technology.
• A+, MCSE, CCNA, Apple certifications preferred.
• Administrative knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, and Office 2013-2016.
• Administrative knowledge of Windows Server 2008 - 2012, Active Directory, DHCP, FTP and TCP/IP. 
• Cisco Routing and Switching IOS knowledge preferred. 
• Excellent technical and troubleshooting knowledge of PC and MAC desktop and laptop hardware.
• Symbol / Psion wireless barcode scanning terminal support experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
