A global real estate services firm is seeking a candidate with expertise in the co-working / serviced office industry to help launch the Japan offering of their established international business line focused on brokerage within the flexible office markets.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop business and establish deep relationships with co-working and serviced office firms
• Identify and propose strategic solutions to client needs within the flexible office space market
• Assist in the development and preparation of marketing and presentation materials for potential clients
• Be involved in potential deal flow from sourcing to closing

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• 1-3 years of experience in the co-working / serviced office industry or real estate brokerage
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
• Strong relationship building skills
• Native Japanese, Business level English
