A Global B2B Firm is looking for a bilingual HR profile with a L&D and People Development background.
Your Responsibilities
Conducts new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of culture, rules and benefits of the company.
Deliver defined people & organization development activities & programs.
Assists with development/implementation of performance evaluation and rewards systems.
Assists with the evaluation of the probation period.
Communicates with each Business Unit to identify necessary development area and support such development.
Coordinates implementation/ maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) not only in the training module but also in the necessary record keeping function and related administrations.
Working also closely with Regional HR functions as necessary, in order to ensure the global/regional policies/programs/initiatives are properly implemented
The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed
Native Japanese and Fluent English
5 years + in Learning & Development / Employee Relations/ People Development
Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
Openminded personality, able to adapt to a fast paced environment.
