Our client are a global enterprise software company, recruiting a Head of Human Resources. This is a newly-created role in response to sustained growth.
You'll manage a team & work directly with global C-level executives to develop Japan's HR strategy. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HRBP who is ready to take on a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Japan's HR strategy.
- Streamline existing HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and lead a comprehensive people strategy to improve productivity & employee satisfaction.
- Oversee recruitment and the employee lifecycle to sustain a skilled workforce.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR functions.
- Experience as a HRBP.
- People management experience (preferred).
- Japanese fluency is mandatory.
