• Develop and execute the People & Culture strategy and roadmap.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees.
• Lead the development and execution of talent development programs.
• Drive cultural transformation and update People & Culture practices.
• Work with leaders across various functions and geographies.

Requirements:

• Japanese fluency is mandatory.
• Extensive HR experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare industry (preferred).
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
