Our client are a global leader in providing creative marketing services. They're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle Japan, Korea, and other APAC countries.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for various regions and business units..
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with management to define personnel needs, job specifications, and qualifications.
- Aid HR business partners by providing insights into recruitment trends and best practices.
- Design and implement sourcing and selection strategies.
- Act as cross-departmental liaison.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within global or multinational companies.
- Experience with ATS/ CRM systems.
- Prior experience in recruiting for the APAC region is preferred.
- Japanese fluency is Mandatory.
