• Develop and implement HR strategies specifically tailored for Japan, ensuring alignment with the company's global HR framework.
• Lead HR transformation initiatives within Japan, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee talent acquisition, organizational change, performance management, total rewards, and enhance employee experience across Japan.
• Establish performance standards for all HR processes within the Japan operations.

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Experience in a global multinational company.
• Strong understanding of how HR strategies impact business results.
• Fluency in Japanese required.
