Our client are a leading consumer healthcare company, recruiting an experienced HR professional as a Total Rewards Lead to oversee strategy across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead rewards strategy for APAC region.
• Develop local rewards policies for each country office.
• Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures and execute thorough benchmarking across the region.
• Oversee data analytics, including the development of databases and dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in Reward and Performance management.
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods industries (preferred).
• Cross-cultural communication ability.
• Japanese fluency.
