主な業務内容：

- 日々のフード＆ビバレッジ業務を全アウトレットで管理
- 経費管理と予算目標のサポート
- フード＆ビバレッジスタッフの目標設定と指導
- 衛生と安全基準への準拠を確保
- ゲストとの交流を通じたサービス品質の向上
- シェフチームとの連携によるメニューの一貫性の確保
- ゲストの懸念事項へのプロフェッショナルな対応
- フード＆ビバレッジチームメンバーの採用、研修、評価

Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in food and beverage or a related field
- Financial management skills (P&L, budgeting, forecasting)
- Knowledge of food production, safety, and sanitation
- Experience in team leadership and service operations
- Experience in luxury hotel F&B operations is a plus
- Experience with event management software is a plus
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus

- 財務管理のスキル（損益計算書、予算管理、予測）
- 食品生産、安全、衛生に関する知識
- チームリーダーシップとサービス業務の経験
- ラグジュアリーホテルでのフード＆ビバレッジ業務経験があれば尚可
- イベント管理ソフトウェアの経験があれば尚可
- 在庫管理システムに精通していれば尚可
