• F&Bオペレーションにおける健康・安全規制の遵守を確保

• - Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure high service standards
• - Monitor financial performance including revenue, cost control, budgeting
• - Lead and develop management teams to enhance operational efficiency
• - Implement operational improvements to optimize guest experience
• - Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in F&B operations

• 日本語と英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
• F&Bオペレーションにおける5年以上の管理経験
• ラグジュアリーまたはプレミアムなホテル環境での経験
• F&Bにおける財務管理の深い理解
• 日本のホスピタリティ基準に関する経験があれば尚良し
• 日本の健康・安全規制に精通している方が望ましいが必須ではありません

• - Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
• - 5+ years of management experience in F&B operations
• - Experience in luxury or premium hotel environment
• - Strong understanding of financial management in F&B
• - Experience with Japanese hospitality standards is preferred but not mandatory
• - Familiarity with health and safety regulations in Japan is preferred but not mandatory
