職務内容:

- 料飲部門の全体管理

- 部門戦略の策定と実施

- 財務業績の監視と予算管理

- スタッフの指導と育成

- 卓越した顧客サービスの提供

- 市場トレンドに対応した新商品の導入

- 現金管理および酒類管理ポリシーの遵守

- Oversee food and beverage operations for luxury hotel

- Develop and implement food and beverage strategies

- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets

- Lead and mentor food and beverage team

- Ensure exceptional customer service in food and beverage areas

- Introduce new food and beverage products to meet market trends

- Ensure compliance with cash and liquor control policies

応募資格:

- フード＆ビバレッジまたは関連分野での6年以上の経験

- フードサービス管理または関連分野の2年制学位

- 顧客サービスおよび個人サービスに関する知識

- 財務管理の経験

- ラグジュアリーホテルでのフード＆ビバレッジ運営の経験

- 強力なリーダーシップとチーム管理能力

- フード＆ビバレッジの市場トレンドに関する知識

- 6+ years experience in food and beverage or related field

- 2-year degree in Food Service Management or related field

- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles

- Experience in financial resource management

- Experience with luxury hotel food and beverage operations

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Familiarity with market trends in food and beverage
