Our client, a luxury hotel in Tokyo, Japan, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to enhance their premium hospitality services. 主な業務内容:

日々のF&Bオペレーションを監督し、高水準のサービスを維持

収益、コスト管理、予算管理を含む財務パフォーマンスの監視

管理チームを指導し、運営効率を向上

ゲスト体験を最適化するための運営改善を実施

F&Bオペレーションにおける健康・安全規制の遵守を確保

- Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure high service standards

- Monitor financial performance including revenue, cost control, budgeting

- Lead and develop management teams to enhance operational efficiency

- Implement operational improvements to optimize guest experience

- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in F&B operations

応募資格:

日本語と英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力

F&Bオペレーションにおける5年以上の管理経験

ラグジュアリーまたはプレミアムなホテル環境での経験

F&Bにおける財務管理の深い理解

日本のホスピタリティ基準に関する経験があれば尚良し

日本の健康・安全規制に精通している方が望ましいが必須ではありません

- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English

- 5+ years of management experience in F&B operations

- Experience in luxury or premium hotel environment

- Strong understanding of financial management in F&B

- Experience with Japanese hospitality standards is preferred but not mandatory

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in Japan is preferred but not mandatory
