Specialized Group is currently looking for a bilingual agency recruiter to transition into a Talent Acqusition Manager to lead recruitment across Japan for our client, a global testing company.
Your Responsibilities
Focus on executive level hires, supporting 15 sites across Japan.
Work directly with Senior Managers & Directors to plan headcount and determine need.
Manage the end to end hiring process, use your experience to secure the best talent.
Build pipelines and develop the internal recruitment process.
Communicate with APAC & Global and act as Japan's represneative for all recruitment

Fluent Japanese & English
7+ years of experience agency recruitment
Flexible and Adaptable
