Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement recruitment strategies for specific roles. - Lead recruitment activities with a focus on data analysis and reporting. - Manage relationships with recruitment agencies. - Use various sourcing channels, including social media, to find top talent. - Improve recruitment branding and design selection processes for a better candidate experience. - Manage the recruitment website and create job specifications. - Develop effective onboarding and retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing the full recruitment process. - Leadership experience in a managerial or similar role. - At least 5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment. - Skilled in using different recruitment channels, such as agencies, direct sourcing, and referrals. - Experience recruiting for large organizations (over 1,000 employees) is a plus. - Background in the manufacturing industry is helpful. - Good command of business-level English is preferred.
