Your Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Management Initiatives and nuture internal staff.
• Provide Strategic insight to managers and support business planning.
• Manage employees labor affairs and create a productive work environment
• Work on staff engagement initiatives and pinpoint training needs
• Mentor staff and provide them with advancement opportunities and Ad Hoc support.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Native or near native Japanese
• 3 years + of Talent Management or HRBP related experience
• An interest in cutting edge technology
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
