Are you a leader with expertise in IT project management? We are looking for a Workday Project Management Manager to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. This role offers the chance to lead a talented team and work closely with HRIS Operations and IT in a high-tech, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop and manage project plans, clearly defining scope, milestones, and timelines.
- - Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects.
- - Work with internal teams and business partners to ensure project goals are aligned.
- - Identify and address potential project risks to ensure successful completion.
- - Lead quality assurance processes, including testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing HRIS or Workday projects, ideally within HR teams.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and systems.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Clear communicator with the ability to bridge HR and technical teams.
- Fluent in English; Japanese is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
