We are looking for an Operations Lead to handle payroll and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) for a top luxury fashion brand. This role focuses on executing HR programs to boost productivity and provide excellent service to stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in luxury fashion and extensive experience in C&B management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve payroll operations with team members and external partners.
- Oversee bonus distribution and salary review processes from planning to payment.
- Handle workforce administration, including hiring, transfers, exits, and post-retirement roles.
- Administer benefits for expatriates and manage headcount reporting and cost calculations.
- Update and create office policies, ensuring they meet audit standards.
- Oversee company pension plans, including global schemes.
- Improve and maintain payroll systems and conduct salary surveys.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in payroll management for large organizations (1,000+ employees), including handling expatriate benefits.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record in managing teams.
- Deep understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for explaining complex data and business needs.
- Experience with Workday HRIS and a background in the retail industry is preferred.
