Trade Process - Operations Specialist (Securities Back Office)
Location: Osaka 大阪
Our client are a global financial services institution, currently seeking an Operations Specialist for Trade Processing.

Responsibilities:
- Accurate trade capture in back office systems.
- Management of confirmation and settlement processes with both local and international clients.
- Implementation of operational controls, activity monitoring, and adherence to accounting and tax procedures.
- Execution of reconciliation tasks and preparation of reports for clients, regulators, and internal use.
- Maintenance of static data, compliance with Anti-Money Laundering/Financial Sanctions policies, and management of daily funding.
- Coverage of products including Fixed Income, Equity, Trust Investment, Listed Derivatives, and Cash Management.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese.
- At least two years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
- Experience in settlements (preferred).
- JSDA Sales Representative Qualification (preferred).
- Understanding of SWIFT (preferred).
