• - Produce daily P&L reports and analyses
• - Conduct month-end balance sheet substantiation and reconciliation
• - Enhance and automate P&L production processes
• - Provide weekly financial commentary for management
• - Oversee financial control for trading desks
• - Review and approve team tasks as an independent checker

• - Prior experience in Product Control, preferably Equities
• - Qualified Accountant
• - Advanced Excel knowledge
• - Strong communication in English & Japanese
• - Experience with financial reconciliation and balance sheet substantiation
• - Experience with process automation tools (e.g., VBA, Python) is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience in financial reporting and management commentary
