Our client, a financial institution in Tokyo, is searching for an experienced Risk Management professional for overseeing proprietary investment products. This is a chance to take on an important role in the headquarters of an industry-leading Japanese firm.

主な業務内容:

• 独自投資商品の評価、具体的には:
• 国内外の投資ファンド。
• 非上場企業向けのLBOや買収資金調達。
• 非上場株式の直接投資。
• 不動産証券化およびメザニン製品。
• 常時の報告活動。
• 投資上限の管理。
• 内外の関係者との調整。

必須資格・スキル:

• 金融サービス分野の経験、特にリスク管理。
• 企業金融および信用業務の知識。
• ExcelやAccessなどのツールの利用能力。
• リーダーシップと協働のスキル。
• PEやVCファンド、または日本の金融機関におけるリスク管理の背景。
• 日本語のネイティブレベル、英語の基本的な理解力。
