• - ネイティブまたはビジネスレベルの日本語と英語スキル
• - 投資、オペレーション、プロダクトデリバリーに関する深い知識
• - 中規模から大規模な企業でのプロジェクトリーダー経験
• - 内部および顧客とのコミュニケーションスキルが優れた方
• - 投資管理または関連分野での5年以上の経験
• - 投資管理に影響を与える規制フレームワークの理解
• - 商品ガバナンスとファンドレビューのプロセスに関する経験
• - Native or advanced business level Japanese and English skills
• - Strong knowledge in investments, operations, and product delivery
• - Experience in leading projects at mid to large scale companies
• - Exceptional communication skills for internal and client engagement
• - 5+ years of experience in investment management or related field
• - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting investment management
• - Experience with product governance and fund review processes
