Our client are a financial service / real estate leader, searching for a TA specialist. You'll create recruitment strategy & work on employer branding marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement recruitment strategies.
- Undertake employer branding initiatives.
- Manage reports on recruitment pipeline and vendors.
- Utilize direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn and job boards for recruiting.
- Maintain talent pool database.
Qualifications:
- More than 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- In-house experience (preferred, but not required).
- Experience dealing with senior candidates & stakeholders.
- Proficiency in direct sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, BizReach).
- Must be fluent in Japanese.
- Experience in employer branding (preferred).
