• - Lead end-to-end corporate recruitment and executive hiring
• - Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies with business leaders
• - Act as a brand ambassador to engage top talent
• - Develop job specifications and build talent pipelines
• - Ensure compliance with hiring protocols and manage visa processes
• - Support HR projects like recruitment technology and employer branding
• - Manage headcount planning aligned with workforce strategy
• - Oversee onboarding experience to enhance employee engagement
• - Provide first-line support for talent acquisition inquiries
• - Contribute to HR leadership discussions and labor issue resolutions

• - 8+ years HR experience in corporate environment
• - BS or BA in HRM, Business or relevant field
• - Experience in HRIS management, Workday knowledge is a plus
• - Skilled in negotiation and vendor relationship management
• - Excellent stakeholder management and consultative approach
• - Good command of spoken and written English & other Asian languages
• - Experience with talent acquisition strategies
• - Experience in executive hiring and recruitment processes
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• - Experience in organizational development and performance management
• - Experience with employer branding and onboarding initiatives
