Our client, a luxury fashion company in Japan, is seeking an HR Manager with a focus on Talent Management. This role offers the opportunity to lead talent acquisition and retention strategies, working closely with global teams and contributing to organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
- Manage internal mobility and talent allocation
- Support HR Director in labor management and preventive actions
- Coordinate training programs and analyze training needs
- Develop relationships with external recruitment vendors
- Collaborate with department heads for organizational development
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Native Level Japanese & Advanced level English are MUST
- Knowledge of local labor laws & regulations
- Experience in product retail business or equivalent
- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred but not mandatory
