• 中途採用に関する採用戦略の企画及び実施。
• 会社の目標に合致するよう、応募書類の選考及び候補者の面接を実施。
• 質の高い候補者を確保するためのオファー過程の管理、開発及び交渉。
• 採用エージェントとの連携。

【応募資格】

• 関連分野での経験2年以上。
• 候補者評価及び面接技術に関する実績。
• ジョブオファーの交渉及び提案経験。
• ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力。
• 社内リクルーターまたは人材紹介会社での経験がある方歓迎。
